Wait a minute so you can divide a Bitcoin into 100,000,000 pieces (Satoshi) but there is no place where you can buy a few thousand Satoshi? Why do you always have to buy at least $100 worth of Bitcoin/Bitcent/milliBitcoin whatever?

Transfer fees are too damn high.
You don't even need to buy bitcoins to get into the crypto market.

market places like bitcoin.de usually have very low limits, I've seen some transactions below 5€ there I think

What are you talking about I just bought this to show you are full of shit. The smallest you can buy is 1.99 worth with a .99 cent fee on coinbase. You can buy $10 worth with a .99 cent fee anything over that increases the fee to like 1.59-2.99. You can take this amount and deposit to gdax for free and transfer to any bitcoin wallet for free. Gdax pays the fees. You can literally buy 1.99 worth of bitcoin on coinbase/gdax. If you want to avoid fees use gdax I just get screwed over when trying to transfer money to them. Took 2 weeks one time. Id rather just pay a fee and get my btc instantly and send it to my trezor.

Also Cash app/robinhood will let you buy a few dollars worth of bitcoin but I dont think you can withdraw the bitcoin yet.

Not sure where you are from your initial post had $ which is universal for USD since it is a US exchange. Now I see the € or the chink symbols so you may not be eligible.

Sepa euro deposits are free and fast unless your bank is shit.
Use either kraken or bitstamp. But I think the smallest unit on kraken is 0.001 btc, so I would stick with bitstamp. Btc withdrawals are free on bitstamp.

Bitcoins most important function is p2p cash, suitable for small and big value transfers.

Dont trust Blockstream shills who are lobotomizing bitcoin into simple asset.
