You forget that 4chan is one of the most popular websites on the internet. The poster count is much lower than the viewers. 14 or 15 people may post in a thread but a hundred or two hundred people probably read it.

The reality of most shill shilling here is they want to make the people reading the thread FOMO in and seem reasonable to them. It is why you see such bullshit tactics and "1 Post by this ID" people agreeing with the person shilling or coming out of the woodwork to disagree when someone says X is a scam or at the very least that the thread is coordinated shilling for something.

/biz/ has more money than most people realize but it has more to do with the dumb money that is reading these threads and FOMOing into random shit.
