i havent read his reports in a while. a few months ago he predicted like a 4000% increase for omg.

him now saying omg is going to fail just tells me he watches biz and says what you want to hear. the omg fud campaign on biz has been super successful.

I think it was just something like, OMG would reach peak emotional values this summer but then slowly fade into obscurity being perceived as having its best days behind it. Which, when you look at the series of dumpster fire promotional events they've put out in the past few weeks (begging for partnerships on stage, badger dance, vitalik distancing himself from them, the fucking water bottle interview and 'two losers on a casting couch' AMA, revelation that their customers won't even need to use OMG token or blockchain when they finally go live in 202X), seems just about right.

ETH can find a million and one ways to scale which have nothing to do with using OMG. Honestly it has so much dev momentum at this point that they could literally put out 0 new features ever again and it would probably still reign as the top smart contract platform for another few years until ADA comes to market.

So basically, within a margin of about a week or so, everything that can have been proven to be true so far about Clif's crypto projections has proven to be true. With ETF news on the horizon, everyone feels this pump is a little different than the last few months of bartening. He said sentiment would change polarity, not that price would skyrocket after all.
