Pro tip: weed is not the source of your problems. I smoke weed daily and my life has been on an upward trajectory for years.

Weed is okay with me. Fapping is 10x worse. Trust me guys, DO NOT FAP.

All the geniuses throughout history were able to transmute their sexual energy into more productive pursuits. Those who waste their vital energy with masterbation ruin their drive, motivation, mood, mental clarity, etc.

I've done noweed and nofap. No fap has by far the most benefits (assuming youre not high 24/7)

Still not smoking and no cravings either, even in bad days. I can understand you somewhat, it's easy to relapse especially when it's your first time trying to quit. I still stand by what I said and you should quit. Try again later.

Weed affects people very differently. It might not affect you, but it could be a huge problem for him.

However, if you're spending more time stoned than sober, your mind will start to decay and your tolerance will build.

One bowl a day is a good metric.

This. I'm not a daily smoker, but in the past 3 years I haven't gone longer than a month without weed. OP, it's in your personality. Learn some discipline, adjust yourself from the inside out, maybe see a shrink, or just stop being a lazy bitch. Whatever you gotta do. If pot IS getting in your way personally, and for some people it does, then maybe you should stop. Also,
>Weed addiction
Come back and talk when you're stuck on opium or cocaine.

I don't think coke is that addictive compared to things like weed, caffeine, nicotine, opiates. I never really have the desire to do coke in the middle of the week.

You know in your heart you want and need to quit. Play the long game. It will make you a man.
I recently quit, today is the 12th year anniversary of my first toke. I can’t become a 30 year old boomer and still be a pothead. I’d be depressed for life.
OP don’t be hard on yourself or you’ll further your depression, instead accept you have a problem and that you will change it and it will hurt, it’s supposed to. If you’re going through hell, KEEP GOING.
