Crypto is dead. Trump ensuring the stock market will shit itself hard. Housing market at all time highs. Every shitty mom and pop store selling their business wants 10x what it's actually worth. Where the fuck is a 30 year old boomer supposed to put his money? Did our parents ruin our ability to invest? Is all I'll ever have what I earn from wage slaving?

There aren't a lot of choices out there if you listen to the FUD. I'm just sticking with index funds for right now and running marketing campaigns for undervalued properties and distressed sellers.

yeah literally everything is a bubble right now, actually crypto could be an exception if institutional investors come in but who knows how long it will take. IMO stable well paying job is your investment right now, and I fucking hate that idea.

Can crypto be considered really liquid? I've heard that the transaction time is huge and getting worse.

Oh, I'm also getting into a couple of apartment syndication deals. There's been more talk about that on places like BP since SFH rental returns are falling.

Brainlet OP, if you have lots of money now, then now is the LAST fucking chance to buy for very cheap certain crypto/blockchain/DAG (hint) projects that will do an easy x100 - x10000 in the next 5 years.

>Trump ensuring the stock market will shit itself hard
I know Trump kinda brought it on himself every time he took credit for stock markets performing well, but do people actually believe that one man, even a president, has control over stock markets at all?
Simple logic says that if this were true, and presidents had that power, then every president would use this power to cause the stock market to perform amazingly during their terms. Because all presidents want to look good.

I know this board is retarded, but this just ignores everything we know about economics and business in general.

Real estate you fucking brainlet. No wonder you are poor. Housing prices may be high, but retail is dying thanks to the internet. Buy land, change the entitelment with the city, and build apartments on it or convert a dead building into something useful. You’re probably too stupid though to figure out how to do that.
>masters in real estate development
>consistently increase family networth by $5 million on paper annually by buying dead retail centers.

Trump is the reason I am making money by the way, he changed some real estate laws that you plebs dont know anything about.

Obviously not one man but the Republican congress. What do you think companies do with their corporate tax cuts? Pay more money to their employees to make better products? Lmao. No, they buy their own stocks so they inflate the price, then Trump and the media say "look at that! The tax cut thingy worked for the economy!" And everyone fomos into the market because who doesn't want free money? Now we just wait for the companies to start taking profits and tank the market so they can prepare for the next round and do the scam all over again.

Oh wow, it's almost like markets move in boom and bust cycles, and people buy stocks whenever they can.
This would happen without corporate tax cuts, the cause would just be different. Nothing keeps going up forever.
But I'll bite. You don't want companies to buy stocks, so in other words you want less people buying stocks? What the fuck? More people buying = price goes up, you sell and make a profit if you bought before the bull run. Simple.
>hurr durr but den it goes down becuz it wuz inflated
No, it goes down because it has to when it runs out of buyers. That's literally how trading works.

Next you're going to tell me that you blame /biz/ for crashing the crypto market
