So i did some further research on the Epidiolex thing in regards to CBD scheduling. It appears that this FDA approval should mean CBD must be taken off of Schedule I. Epidiolex IS plant derived purified CBD. It's not a synthetic or novel concoction. Therefore that should mean CBD gets rescheduled in 90 days per US law.
