How to think clearly while losing money on crypto? You work for 10-12 hours a day and then crypto goes down several weeks of your payment

I want to try shorting with small leverage and only down leverage in small ranges for safety just to practice.
I was planning on longing for the first time off the 7k bounce but didn't. The bounce that never came. Thank god for that decision.
