Yes I mean... What is your point exactly? The program is free, but not anyone can join, only companies that Nvidia deems worthy. And of course it's free... Nvidia is literally supporting RLC, therefore how would it make sense for RLC to pay Nvidia in order for Nvidia to give them cheaper GPUs? The whole point is to get stuff from Nvidia cheaper... Why would Nvidia demand people pay them in order to get cheaper stuff? Doesn't that seem like counter intuitive?

Iexec pays people to use their tools in order to spread the word. I'm not sure what you mean by "outsource".
