If half the US is foreclosed on, and their pension and retirement accounts crash, Mitch and his buddies are going to scoop up the cheapies in the real estate and equity markets.

It's a contagion, and people are simple tired of it. They want life to go back to normal. We have a "return to normal" bias. Even as the bombs were dropping on London in WW2, it didn't take long before people were going on with their daily lives. If it didn't hit you, you just carried on.

People talk shit about a redistribution of wealth, but there's a redistribution of wealth that's already happening right now. The same direction it always goes.
