Ive been looking at ETFs for gold, silver, oil, etc, and their inverses. And im wondering whats the best way to go about trading?

Basically, from what ive learned, gold is random as fuck, and everything else moves slowly. Im thinking of going all into oil and gas because it looks like they are trending upwards for some time.

Oh yeah, and it seems the inverses always seem to moon mission one random day, and then gradually fall down. Explain?
