There can only be 3 types of outcomes on price action:

1 bar- All of this candles action takes place in the previous bar's price range

2 bar- This candles range goes outside of the previous candle's range. It can be a 2 Up or a 2 Down

3 bar- This candle's range exceeds both the top and bottom of the previous bars range. The three bar makes "broadening formations"

You find the 3 bars and that will give you like a disjointed channel. There's tons of info on this type of analysis. Its called "The Strat". A trader named Rob Smith created it. I like it myself.

I live in SE appalachia and we've almost got our second house paid off. To rent or finance a home you're looking at 450-650 I'd imagine depending on the term length. Cost of living is pretty cheap. It depends on how frugal you are. A single man here could probably stow away 60-75% if they were diligent enough. I am biased towards my region. Its geographically isolated so its pretty insulated from happenings, wokeness and at times convenience. I don't mind driving an hour to get to a lowes or comparable big box store.

Some areas to potentially explore:
mining/gas:
Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, alabama, georgia, wyoming & tennessee

Oil:
texas/lousiana- Probably some others I've only been offered a couple jobs in these two states. They were both referrals from people our company had worked with.
