Turns out a bulgarian business journal had an article about Nexo's manipulation of LINK back in 2021. It claims that it was contacted by 3 separate ex-employees of the company that told them basically the same thing. Zeus capital, short positions, even gave an early draft that was circulated within the company before months before going public. There was a wave of resignations from the company because of that and the people who left had their bonuses taken away (presumably said bonuses were locked through a smart contract, to be received at a specific date unless NEXO cancels it or something).
