I’m 33, hairline receded a bit but still have almost all my hair on my head behind it and when styled well it’s hardly noticeable. I use finasteride and minoxidil daily. Rarely wash my face and when I do I use a moisturizer on it afterward. Kind of born with a baby face so look a bit young naturally. Skin is pretty good for my age although the years are starting to catch up although way slower than a lot of people I went to high school with. I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in in my life, I lift and/or run 6 days a week. I drink moderately on Saturdays but don’t smoke or do drugs and don’t eat sugary food or junk food. Just take reasonably good care of yourself and you’ll age like wine. Nobody expects you to look 23 forever, the goal is to just be better than average for your age.

Another thing I’ve noticed is that I stopped giving a shit about what other people think, I’m way less thin skinned than I was in my 20s. The perceived cosmetic downfalls of aging seem like a doomsday scenario for someone young, but are offset by your progressing skill of not giving a fuck.

Stop smoking weed that shit will subtly ruin your life, and it looks like it already has. You won’t hit rock bottom like an alcoholic or a crackhead, but it will kill your drive and motivation to do anything and that’s probably why you’re a 34 year old 14 year old. I doubt you’ll listen to me but fuck it.
