You're thinking too hard about a non-issue. This is a slap on the wrist that big tech companies often get, and has nothing to do with the actual content of the games.

If the contend of the games start to suck, gamers will turn to Japan, or even the original content coming out of the favelas. Maybe Russia will use it as their chance to reveal the games they've been working on since Tetris's massive success.
