I work at a small shit company and had had enough of working here. How can I protect myself from them if I have reason to believe they'll be vindictive?

The company is small and I'm worried they'll say I did XYZ, I took holidays I didn't (and thus reduce what they have to pay me), try and fuck me by saying I went on training courses I never attended etc.

My contract is pants on head retarded and says I have to pay them for training I've been on, I can't work for competitors for a billion years etc.

First, you don't look like an idiot with mask and masks usually have pretty shitty filters inside, that's where our nanofiber membrane is so superior. It filters particles 1000x smaller than a human hair. Think about it.

Regarding Californian fires, sure, we had lots of question related to it. You can absolutely use it to get protected against smog and harmful particles, but I would recommend just for affected nearby areas, like I would not use it to extinguish fire.
