also no... I'm not blaming kraken for things that blockfi, voyager, and ftx did. I'm saying that the sec is accusing kraken of doing this (and also taking whatever staking rewards they like, and a bunch of other stuff). And on top of that kraken is not going to litigation. they're pleading "no contest" basically. couple those facts with this little statement from the sec " Don’t have your hand in the customer’s pocket, using their funds for your own platform." and you can see kind of what was happening behind the scenes with kraken. the sec complaint isn't super long or too boring, check it out
