you can scoop them up for spot or under spot if really lucky. If normally lucky, you can get them for close to spot. Way lower premiums than normal junk silver. Probably due to low purity.
I even like clad ikes, those can be found for face or slightly above it. Just a fun design and makes me think of the 70s, which was a cool era imo.
Ikes are definitely cheaper than commemoratives, and there's the bicentennial ikes too, which is a commemorative.
A lot of silver ikes are still in the original mint packaging too so they're not ever worn down like morgans etc.
The only downsides are low purity, it's kind of an obscure coin, and it's harder to tell if it's silver or not (if not in mint packaging)
