That's what killing my heart about this market, even the people I know are mostly gem hunters have been looking at what alts they can short these past months. Why sell the goose? Why sell what they need when you can sell what they want and if they decide they need something else you start selling to them all over again? Or upgrades to the things they've already bought, the cases your competition never saw as necessary. If the bottleneck is speed of transactions or liquidity or immutability or something else you can offer that. And then you start selling again new eggs with new buzzwords. It's not only about fixing broken things, it's about creating new things that your competitors can't give, solutions to instruments that they can create and want to use but nobody is sure how to handle and the best goose wins. They will never care about decentralization unless they can actually get something from it and then everybody that wasn't ready gets left behind or forced to fix things they didn't know were broken.
