Not advising for this but for prices to go down, demand must go down or supply must increase. You could get a collective neighborhood story book of people's worst experiences in the area and show them off to the world, home buyers, etc. It's not lying, it's just presenting those on the outside of the curtain a view that may not be accurate. After that is done and home prices drop enough, buy a home or 8, maybe along with your neighbors, then remove all of the negative viewpoints and let new buyers rent from you. The key is not to lie. Just present negativity only. Demand down.
