people don't seem to understand that we're not gong back to 'normal' until 2020 is practically finished, we will be going into and out of lockdown for the forseeable future. This virus is not going away without a vaccine.
The fed can't just print money to prop up the markets forever, or they will devalue the dollar into utter worthlessness. Don't forget, the rest of the world is suffering at the same time with this virus, their economies are hurting too. The US economy produces nothing at all and relies entirely on imports, who are they going to import goods from when everything in china is locked down and they barely have enough goods for themselves? If the fed continues with this money printing, we will end up with trillions of dollars floating around and no goods to buy them with, aka hyperinflation.
