what do you do if you know something's going to crab for a long time, but you're too poor to write covered calls on it and margin trading is not an option because it's in a TFSA

so tempted to take my profits on TSM and move it into commercial real estate. Money's starting to rotate out of tech and people are starting to realize Canada real estate is not close to recession-tier conditions (rent collection rates still high, mortgage delinquency rates still low, not a lot of actual bankruptcies in retail like 08, real estate prices jumping up higher instead) at all despite being at recession-tier valuations. Bull run for REITs just starting.
