If you have ADHD, a high fat low carb diet does wonders. Vegetarians are also more likely to be depressed.

You can be a vegan and have a healthy body, but if you're predisposed to mental issues, you have to change your diet. Even if say you have bad skin... Cutting out carbs and dairy can reduce your breakouts and shrink the appearance of your pores.
