Guess i have to repeat myself. This means absolutely nothing. There are short selling rules in place that dont allow shorts to pile onto a stock if it's already fallen a certain amount in a day (I believe it's 10%) so right now shorts are restricted, but they will be allowed again tomorrow. Anyone who thinks or is saying that this means shorting is now 'outlawed' is retarded and if anyone bought on this like it's a sign they are 'winning' then they are extra retarded.
