The question is, does this mean we have reached a top? Or does the shilling signal the start of a bullrun?

Here's a simple reason why the halving is bullish: think about how many coins, especially top 100 coins, that you used to see shilled on /biz/ but have not seen shilled in /biz/ in weeks or MONTHS even. I'm not going to list them all, just look at top 100 and take note of all the coins that haven't been shilled lately that were vigorously shilled in the past. They are all in "stealth mode", which means, they KNOW a pump is coming. When we have reached the bottom in a dump, or a pump is known by insiders to be coming, shilling of coins stops. Miners know this too, as do all the big exchanges. The halving is coming, and it is bullish. There is no stopping it.
