My dad gave me $6k in December for crypto and I'm at 13k now. I wanted to swing a bit (first time) and sold at a lower price than what it is now, and now I can't stop looking at the chart. I'm tired as fuck but I can't stop. I told my dad and he doesn't really care that I sold early, but I really didn't want to disappoint him so its fucking me up. How do I stop checking the price and how do I get this shit out of my fucking head? I've even had dreams about the price.
