Just one more year..

>got the offer to work as part of the hotel 12 months into the job

>now how to sit from early morning to afternoon in orientation garbage for 3 days
The payout? they only increased my salary from 6 to 6.18 dollars! how generous!
There are company benefits and free food I guess.

>now considering making me a full time worker at the hotel
>will make 9 bucks and hour instead of 6 but have benefits
I am moving up..

>manager dodges all attempts I make to become a permanent employee and not just a contract worker
>6 people have been fired in the past 3 months while 2 of the good ones left
On the plus side, I now make 6 bucks an hour instead of 5!!

About to reach 6 months working as a steward slave.
What is the next step for me? do I just find another job and jack of all tradesmaxx?
