what's the next big flick coming out? I say we hold until the Tuesday after that release and dump when everyone is spending on the Tuesday Special to see it.

When you measure a product, service or businesses success or failures, is quality and reception really important to judge it considering if a shitty poor quality product or service is still one of the most heavily purchased or used products or services?

Examples:
Burger King, BK fucking sucks compared to 15 years ago when they were the Rolex of fast food but it's still one of the most well known joints because they're saturated like hell everywhere you go.

Cyberpunk 2077, this game is about as functional as a Ford Pinto yet it is still one of the most played and bought games out there right now.

The Line 6 Spider V, this amp fucking sucks, regardless how many wattages you waste your money on, yet it's still the stable beginner amp around the states.

Are any of these actually failures if they get 1 star reviews yet pull in the profits they do?
