If you don't cuck to VCs, ICOs are legitimately the best option, at least then the coins will be distributed to buyers who have the slightest idea what they're buying and have some incentive to hold initially, rather than VCs that'll dump on the first shot to exit their position and dump the next shitcoin.

At least with Discreets ICO/buy limits its relatively safe that it won't dump once it gets listed on an exchange
