Dfinity and the IC have by far the most commits on Github (its not even close)

IC has a thriving community of devs who would gladly turn down corpo jobs to work on a DOA

IC has solved keychain cryptography

Basically, the smoothbrains are finally realizing the IC provides value

ICP has a search engine with tons of functioning applications that you can use right now.

Solana doesn't really do anything except crash. It's entire value is that it is a short term speculative asset that's being pumped by SBF. Some people made some money swing trading it, but it will be dead by 2024. There is just no real use case for Solana.
