I suppose that demands on your definition of making it and whether you want the real bourgeoisie stuff like power and influence too. All I want is enough to buy a plot of land far enough away from a city that it won't get gobbled by suburb creep but close enough that things like mail and groceries aren't a huge inconvenience to collect. I will have some alpacas and horsies. And a greenhouse with tortoises living inside. About 2 milly would be enough, I think. I would still have to trade but way less risky and would not have to work for the man at all.
