It's not going to be possible for anyone external to verify the blockchain if eos gets used, by design. That's why it has bigger throughput. This makes any transparency an illusion.

Did you miss the mutability and the weird court system? AWS, or any other cloud/hosting is governed by courts too - normal ones.

Is EOS a state? Elected committee of 21 nodes and an unelected court with unlimited power in interpreting a vague law.

I can't understand the mindset of people who like this. Why not just use a bank?
I would trust a normal court much more than 'EOS Core Arbitration Forum'.
