She's a dumb cunt. I told her that she should split it up between (1) a larger but cheaper house or building to live in with apartments to rent out to goyim, (2) $100,000 in an interest-bearing account for various expenses, emergencies & opportunities, and (3) the rest in LINK for that billion-dollar moonshot, but she's all like: "NOOOOO, anon, I *cannot* live anywhere outside of Manhattan, and I *need* *this* apartment!

Dumb cunt's gonna be stuck with a tiny, unsellable little room with no view (ground level) worth half what she paid, with no guarantee that the building won't jack up the maintenance fee to $2,000+, and no investments. Oh, and get this: she's an out-of-work special education teacher who can't seem to find a school that will hire her because her agency sucks, she can't make interviews in time, she has obvious employment gaps, poor & limited qualifications, and it's already almost NOVEMBER.

She never buys groceries or cooks (and won't let me do either for her "because it makes bad smells and messes"), and blows her money eating out or getting delivery ($10 fruit bowls, $15 salads, etc).

Women are dumb, childish animals, and should be kept in cages. I hate her so much. I would leave her right now if I wasn't practically homeless until LINK moons, and living rent-free in her tiny studio, listening to her inane drivel between brief sessions of hatefucking her (very brief -- she's a selfish, dead fish, so I always try to coom quickly). Goddamnit, I hate her so much.

What should I do? I've recorded her debit/credit cards, d.o.b. & s.s.n.; should I just grift & drift, or try to get in deeper so that I can get named on her new lease or whatever and use her new apartment as collateral on a huge cash loan before dipping out?
