It's like you give this awkward nerd your gf thinks is kind of weird, your computer and ask him to get it up and running again. Dude takes like 3 weeks, delaying the pick up time, only to find out the day he finally give it to you, he took the liberty to upgrade it with some spare parts he had laying around because he was pretty sure the OS could handle the upgrades and wanted to test it out. Oh and he also installed an anti-virus and the newest version of windows because it's what he uses. When you thank him, he just responds with "You too".

It's become increasingly clear that while their vision is the correct one the Chainlink team simply lacks the competence to realize it. The code is weak, the biz dev is weak, the marketing is weak. They're losing time and taking too long. If you fell for the AB narrative, you should be able to see by now that you've been played. They're just a clueless startup, that got lucky a few times, not part of a grand organized plan. Meanwhile more competent newcomers are making fast progress. The space will move on without them.
