Yeah we need more fracties' eyes on this. The way I understand it is that the fractal as a whole (1) is comprised of 4 fractals (quadrants) each of which have 7 parts as well, thus 7-4-1. The overlapping that hyperblu is talking about is when for example the 7th part of the 2 quadrant reaches its end, therefore switching to quadrant 3 and overlapping a "7" and a "4" if you will. Im assuming that a "7" overlapping the last quadrant in the cylce which brings us back to 1 causes huge upside and buy volume. Thoughts anons?
