today i quit after having a conversation with somebody who was bragging about how tired and sore they felt after a week of work, the guy runs two marathons a week for minimum wage and desu if i worked as hard as im supposed to, id have done it aswell.
the mental exhaustion by every possible metric is worse than the physical grind.
what are your next plans now youre out?

theres only so many times you can get back up, surrendering doesnt mean ending all life, it just means ive lost the will to keep trying to 'make it'.
