Guess the additional point of my rant is:
Is it really claim jumping, when the owner of the claim is some anonymous company, that a) will probably never produce anything and b) is after hard rock gold, whereas I’m panning on the surface?
Also: was at some conference a while ago where they discussed that many of the smaller Austrian deposits (well, small for Austria, I guess, but probably microscopic for a Burger or Leaf) could be worth mining when considering them as Carlin type deposits.
But probably not gonna happen. Apparently, opening a mine here is hell.
Pic related. Inside some non-metal project for which the Austrian state already wasted millions, then abandoned it and now is making life hard for the buyer that wants to open it (or, as likely, just wants to collect money on the stock market, as most junior do).
