no, too much litigation, and it's almost intentionally designed as a ponzi and to fuck over the non-landowning class.

these should improve, but i think smart "cost cutting" solutions like skylights and better types of materials for insulation and glass will improve houses. not make them cheaper. Odds are they will get more expensive and everything else will get more expensive, but the cost savings of the innovations helps offset that inflation.
