What's a reasonable % premium to pay for a coin on top it's metal value? My problem is that I like older coins, saw a 1899 and 1901 5 Russian Ruble coins on the weekend

Gold content is worth $500, of these two Russian coins but the seller is asking $1,080. Didn't buy them, but what's would you say is a acceptable premium to pay and do you collect old coins?
