You need a state to enforce law. It's pretty fundamental, and if you don't understand that, you are too dumb to comment on politics. The challenge and the goal is building a lawful and honest government that is transparent and can be trusted to work for the citizens.

Corrupt, authoritarian government = bad
Honest, small, lawful government = ideal

Seek to expose and remove the corrupt, and build the honest. If you try to destroy or subvert the state and law altogether, you are the enemy. Anarchist or communist alike. Law is necessary. State is necessary.
