How can you be such a myopic woman about what amounts to a simple active investment vehicle. Property owners pay taxes, mortgages, insurance, and upkeep which can include shit like a $15k roof, $3k water heater, or $2k+ busted pipe. Does your average tenant have $5,000 laying around for when something disastrous happens to their property? No. Fuck you, fucking worm brained retard. They aren’t hosting you in a goddamned tent from Wal-Mart, it’s a highly expensive piece of property that even THEY don’t really own (the state can seize it at will).

I wanna invest in some weed/dispensary companies and such. Not really sure where to start with that though. It's already started picking up, and with NJ likely to legalize weed soon, things should pick up even more
