Is an economy based on a job market that prizes connections and likeability over competence doomed to collapse? How does it avoid falling to insolvency, in the long run, over mounting and compounding inefficiency? Is it able to get on indefinitely by training relative imbeciles to do the work that much more qualified individuals should be doing?
