There's already a glut of sotware engineers on the market with a bogzillion new ones coming out of university every year. Lots of them will want to work for Elon just for the memery/challenge of it. There's always a younger and more hungry codemonkey willing to replace you. Keeping a messaging app up and running isn't exactly rocket science.
