Oh man, I feel you on that story. I found that I often just smoked or vaped alone too. Went on a walk with my brother tonight and we shared a joint. It's less than I have had as of late, so that's good. felt a lot more enjoyable, especially knowing I love walking with my brother. It's good for his health and he needs it more.

I'm looking at edibles as a way to reduce my intake over time. I've taken some T breaks here and there. Had one recently after trying to enjoy some weed at a friend's and I just couldn't. My friend I was visiting at the time said he doesn't really enjoy weed and he barely touches it.

Been cutting down and feeling the emotions coming back. Been crying slot anons. It's not over the crypto or my stocks, but it's my parents. Weed blunts the emotions over time. Highs and lows.

I'd really like to enjoy weed in a once a week thing. Had a coworker years back who said he was addicted and switched to once a month.

There definitely is a fog with weed after chronic heavy use that lingers.

Friend of mine who introduced me to weed told me 14 years back he thought it might have been a terrible decision. Many years are a blur that I don't recall.

Blog posts can be insightful, anon. I appreciate you sharing your story.

Haven't heard of that school of thought u til now. I have a journal of activities, but have been trying to journal my emotions more. I think I should continue to expand on that.

I was on fire with energy and even was waking up at 6 AM rather than 10/11 AM after getting to bed at 10 PM rather than 1 or 2 AM. Getting up and having a routine is a great way to kick ass in life. I say this as someone with ADHD. Routines can be boring, but are they sure ever helpful. You can be proactive in time spent rather than reactive.
