First of all, lose weight, running and being overweight will hurt you. Start eating healthy, this moment. Count calories if you have to. 2 meals a day, each 1k calories tops. No snacks. Lose some weight, and start running, it will take some time, when i started i was just like you, could barely run for 2 blocks. Warm up first, just fast walk for 5-10 minutes. After a month you will run for 10 minutes no problem. Good luck.
