Okay boys, I did some research. All you need is a non-profit organization, and individuals can donate up to 30% of their annual income for an immediate tax break that year. Any additional donations can carry over for up to five years.

The insane thing about this is how easy it would be to convince someone, especially a friend or family member, to give money they're ALREADY PAYING in taxes to you directly.
