I've been out of college for 9 years, none of my tech jobs have lasted more than 7 months, and in between I have had repeated years of unemployment where I did no work or nothing but walked dogs.

Five weeks of applications, 19 applications total, and just got my offer this morning. Software Engineer II, full stack position. $80,000, 70% matching 401k, and 7% bonus. Free catered lunches.
