It’s true OP. I was white at the beginning of my job search. Instead of working on advancing my valuable skills I realized I needed a tan and to check off “two or more races” on the “EEO” form. Because they need you to tell them what you are to make it “fair”. It makes a lot of sense yes. I am now a white Hispanic who gets offended if you bring up race.
