I lost out on $375,000 back in 2017 because I was just getting into crypto, didn't know anything about not sending eth from coinbase to an ico. The tokens were sitting on the wzllet, you could see them on etherscan but coinbase refused to help. The coin shot up, my bags were worth $375,000 for 2 days and I missed out on a big come up.
I look,at it like a life lesson to always be vigilant about checking the details.
