Where can I buy/exchange cash for physical Russian rubles?

The bank won’t do it anymore.
I’ve got a stack, gold/silver, but I like having the bundles of foreign currency to add a certain mystique to my stash. Besides I think the ruble and yawn will be solid in the future.
