After Winter of 2017 I know for a damn fact that even then it was rare to see a 7 figure regional whale, and these were the days of holding NEO or XRP and going 10000% ballistic if you timed it right -- and you could dodge taxes since none were yet in place formally for BTC.

Care to tell me why anybody would risk that game again when even 5-figure holders get sniped and fucked for tax evasion? Sure as hell my stack of DOGE looked monumental -- likely in >99 percentile for regional holdings, given the shitty broker/exchange infrastructure Canada has had for crypto compared to the states and Europe.
